HaitiAnalysis.com

We are proud to release these very hard to find exerpts from a seminar titled "ONG, Groupes de Base et Democratie en Haiti" held by the Association quebecoise des organismes de cooperation internationale (AQOCI) in Quebec, Canada on April 24th, 25th, and the 26th of 1992. The documents discuss the low-intensity conflict model conducted by NGOs in Haiti toward undermining Haitian democracy and sovereignty. Also helpful on this topic is a 2-part interview with Nelson-Pallmeyer in Haiti-Progres and a study titled "Neoliberalism in Haiti: The Case of Rice" (1995) by Cooley-Prost, Worth & John Cannum-Clyne.
